Squad Training
Our
competent swimmers squad train twice a week.
Tuesday is a straight squad training night, with a focus
on fitness and technique. Race nights are on alternate
Thursday nights. The object of race nights is for
children to improve on their own personal times. We
record these times and at the end of each season, we
print out their own individual results. Each
second Thursday we do some swim training, teach tumble
turns, diving, snorkelling, waterpolo techniques and
enjoy water fun.
