What swimming gear is required?

A good fitting swimsuit and goggles are the main requirement.

All fins, pull buoys and flutter/kick boards are supplied as needed for different drills.

Squad Swimmers

It's a good idea to bring a water bottle to each session. You can dehydrate in the pool without noticing it, especially if you are doing distance training.
